- 1 oz The Sexton Single Malt
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger syrup
- equal parts to fill glass Club soda and dry cider
- 1 dash Luxardo Cherry Syrup
- 1 garnish Luxardo Cherries
- Add ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice.
- Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- Top with club soda and dry cider.
- Garnish with Luxardo Cherry.
