Piña Colada made with a soda fizz. Rum, coconut water and pineapple juice become a sparkling cocktail.
Pineapple (fresh or dehydrated) + Wild Hibiscus
|1. Pour the pineapple juice and coconut water into the soda siphon until 3/4 way full.|
|2. When ready, add crushed ice to a glass and garnish it with dehydrated pineapple (or natural pineapple) and wild hibiscus.|
|3. Spray in bubbly piña colada mixture and top with rum.|
