- 2 oz 1800® Blanco
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.25 oz jalapeño juice
- 2 dashes Celery bitters
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with a salt rim and a slice of jalapeño.
