Coconut Ginger Mint LemonadeCopy
A spin on a classic refreshment.
- 2 oz 1800® Coconut
- 0.25 oz Homemade ginger juice
- 0.50 oz Simple syrup
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 4 pieces Mint
- Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker.
- Shake well.
- Pour into ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with soda water. Serve in a highball glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig and ginger candy.
- *ginger juice: Use a juicer or blender to blend small chunks of ginger root with a small amount of water
