Ingredients
- 2 oz Cuervo® Especial® Gold
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Agave
- 2 slices Jalapeño

Instructions
- Lightly muddle jalapeño in a shaker.
- Add all remaining ingredients to a shaker with ice.
- Shake until chilled.
- Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge and mint sprig.
