- 1.5 oz Pendleton® Midnight
- 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnishes
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
- 1 Lemon Peel

Instructions
- 1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold.
- 2. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.
- 3. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and expressed lemon peel.
