The perfect celebratory cocktail of whiskey and champagne.
- 1.5 oz Pendleton® Midnight
- 1 cube Sugar Cube
- 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
- top off glass Champagne
- Combine bitters and a sugar cube in a mixing glass and muddle into a paste.
- Add whiskey and ice.
- Stir for 10 seconds.
- Pour mixture into a flute glass.
- Top with champagne.
