- 0.5 oz Honey syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon juice
- 2 dashes Absinthe
Garnishes
- Mint Sprig

Instructions
- 1. Pour Stranahan’s Original, lemon juice , honey syrup, and absinthe into a Collins glass.
- 2. Top with crushed ice and swizzle to combine.
- 3. Add more ice and garnish with mint.
