- 2 oz Pendleton® Midnight
- 1 tsp Barspoon Maple syrup
- 3 dash Angostura Bitters
- 4 oz Ginger Ale
Garnishes
- 1 Long Lemon Peel

Instructions
- 1. In a collins glass, add Pendleton® Midnight, maple syrup, and bitters.
- 2. Add ice, and top with ginger ale.
- 3. Stir gently and express your lemon peel over the drink before garnishing.
