Created one batch at a time using fresh, in-season ingredients and innovative techniques. Hangar 1 is all about quality vodka, the California way. California is our home and our terroir. We draw upon it for endless inspiration, ingredients, and innovation. So rooted in Bay Area sensibilities, we craft ultra-premium straight vodka made with grapes and grains harvested at the peak of ripeness. The small-batch spirit is a blend of pot-stilled viognier grape eau-de-vie with column-distilled Midwestern American wheat. To create its flavored expressions, the vodka base is infused with fresh fruit, and then distilled again in a pot still.
