Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Bushmills® Original
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Honey Syrup *
Garnishes
- 1 Lemon Wheel

Instructions
- 1. Combine Bushmills, lemon juice, and honey in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
- * *Honey Syrup: Combine equal parts raw honey warm water to thin. Stir until a consistent texture is achieved. Refrigerate.
