- 2 oz Bushmills® Original Irish Whiskey
- 3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
Garnishes

- 1. Add whiskey, simple syrup, and Irish cream liqueur to a highball glass with ice and stir.
- 2. Top with cold brew, leaving 1/2 inch of room for cream.
- 3. Top with freshly whipped cream.
