- 1.5 oz Stranahan's® Blue Peak
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Black Walnut Bitters
- Add all ingredients to heavy mixing glass.
- Add ice and stir to 20% dilution.
- Strain over 1 large cube.
- Garnish with grapefruit zest.
