A tropical Tequila Sour with tangy floral flavor from passionfruit and peppery, herbal notes from both the basil and Gran Centenario Plata.

Ingredients
- 2 oz Gran Centenario Plata Tequila
- 1 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 4 Basil Leaves
Garnishes
- 1 Basil Leaf
- 1 Lemon Twist

Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- 2. Shake hard to break up basil.
- 3. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4. Express the oils in the basil leaf by clapping in between your palms. Then garnish along side a lemon peel.
