THE ORIGINAL COWBOY
Love both whisky sours and whisky sodas? Don’t choose! The Original Cowboy combines the two for a satisfyingly sweet, sour, and fizzy drink.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pendleton® Original
0.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
Soda water
Garnish: Cherry and lemon wheel -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients except soda water into a cocktail mixing tin.
- Add ice and shake until well combined.
- Fill a tall collins or highball glass with ice half way.
- Pour cocktail mixture into glass.
- Top with soda water
- Garnish with cherry and lemon wheel and serve.
COWBOY PALMER
Introducing the Cowboy Palmer: sweet and tart lemonade mixed with your favorite tea is made even better with a shot of Pendleton® 1910 Whisky.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pendleton® 1910
1 oz Fresh lemonade
1 oz Tea
Garnish: Mint sprig -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredient in a cocktail mixing tin.
- Add ice to mixing tin and shake well.
- Fill a tall collins or highball glass with ice and strain shaken mixture into glass.
- Garnish with mint.
MIDNIGHT MANHATTAN
The Midnight Manhattan elevates the classic Manhattan using Pendleton® Midnight Whisky, which adds a sweet and spicy complexity to the drink.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Pendleton® Midnight (OR Pendleton® 1910)
0.75 oz Sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 Maraschino cherry -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir ingredients very well with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
