THE STRANAHAN'S STORY
FROM EACH BAD THING COMES SOMETHING GOOD
The story of Stranahan’s started when volunteer firefighter Jess Graber responded to a neighbor’s barn fire in 1998. He never imagined that any good would come of it. But the barn he made an effort to save belonged to Woody Creek local George Stranahan, a long-time brewery owner, and whiskey connoisseur. When the fire settled, the two discovered a shared passion for the Colorado outdoors and a good pour of fine whiskey.

BLUE FASHION
Our Blue Peak whiskey imbues a warm, toasted flavor, making this your new go-to fall cocktail.

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Blue Peak
0.25 oz simple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura (or aromatic) bitters
Garnish: 2 orange peels and Luxardo (or premium) cherry -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add Blue Peak, simple syrup and angostura (or aromatic bitters) to mixing glass.
- Fill mixing glass with ice and stir to 20% dilution.
- Pour whiskey, ginger beer, and lime juice into mug.
- Using a hawthorn strainer, strain cocktail over large ice cube in rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange peel accent and Luxardo (or premium) cherry on top.
COLORADO GOLD RUSH
Stranahan’s take on the classic whiskey sour — a delicious and refreshing cocktail with a golden hue.

1 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Honey syrup (dilution of honey and hot water) -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour all ingredients into shaker.
- Strain into coupe or strain over fresh ice.

2 oz Blue Peak
1 oz Sicilian amaro
2 dashes Black walnut bitters
1 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: Cherries -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to yari, add ice and stir to 20% dilution.
- Strain into a glass with a cherry garnish.
