Built to celebrate New York in all its greatness and grit. 100% New York-sourced grains and water are used in every one of our whiskeys — so they’re grown, distilled, and aged in the Empire State. Our mash bill grains come from the nutrient rich soil of the legendary Black Dirt region of the Warwick Valley, once the site of a prehistoric lake, capturing the unique flavors of NY. Our home at 686 Broadway in Manhattan is the island’s first legal whiskey distillery since Prohibition. So, Great Jones Distilling Co is simply where New York makes fine whiskey.
