The Sexton Single Malt is the result of her passion for whiskey, made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple-distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills. Alex perfected a shorter 4 year aging process to create the bold taste and smooth finish that is unique to The Sexton. Consciously aged in Oloroso sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavor from the wine-soaked barrel that surpasses its years.
