    • 1.5 oz 1800 Cristalino
    • .25 oz Lime Juice
    • .50 oz Grapefruit Juice
    • .50 oz Simple Syrup
    • 2 oz Sparkling Wine
    • 1 total Thyme wrapped in silver foil
    • 1 total Grapefruit peel

  • Instructions

    1. Add all ingredients except wine into a shaker with ice.
    2. Shake vigorously.
    3. Strain into a glass.
    4. Top with sparkling wine.
    5. Garnish with silver-foiled thyme and grapefruit peel
