- .25 oz Lime Juice
- .50 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .50 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 oz Sparkling Wine
- 1 total Thyme wrapped in silver foil
- 1 total Grapefruit peel

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except wine into a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Garnish with silver-foiled thyme and grapefruit peel
