PROPER ICED COFFEE-TINI
The proper way to get your night started.

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Proper No. TwelveTM
1 oz Irish cream
4 oz Iced coffee
Dash of fee foam or egg white
Garnish: Coffee beans -
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a shaker add Irish cream, iced coffee, Proper No. TwelveTM and a dash of egg white
- Add ice and shake
- Strain over ice into a martini glass
- Garnish with a coffee beans
PROPER ORCHARD MULE
An Irish combo punch of ginger beer, lime juice and proper irish apple.

2 oz Proper No. TwelveTM Irish Apple
0.5 oz Simple syrup
5 oz Ginger beer
Splash of cranberry
Squeeze of fresh lime
Garnish: Lime -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add ice to copper mug
- Pour in Proper No. TwelveTM Irish Apple, syrup, cranberry, lime juice and ginger beer
- Garnish with lime wedge
